Enhanced student academic and social growth by incorporating remote and in-person technology into lesson planning to create engaging, multi-dimensional lessons. Incorporate students' prior knowledge to further enhance learning objectives. Prepare weekly newsletters and blog posts to encourage open communication with parents. Provide inviting, exciting, innovative, and challenging learning environment all while following this years Covid regulations for 3 remote students and 10 in-person students.

While teaching dual grades simultaneously I evaluated developmental levels of each student, identified at risk students and implemented learning strategies to address their needs. I Implemented classroom management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment.

Reduction in force at Wentworth Elementary School caused me to move to Plymouth Elementary School for the year to fulfill a medical year-long teaching position.  I had all the same responsibilities as a contracted teacher.

Designed and developed programs to meet the academic, intellectual, and social/emotional needs of my students. Maintained excelled classroom management skills and an ability to keep students on task. I created and used behavior modification techniques as a motivator for improving conduct and encouraging participation. I also taught guided reading lessons to model questioning, clarification, and problem solving techniques. There were multiple students in my classroom with 504 plans and IEP's in which I implemented in the classroom.
