Working at Granite Point Resort taught me many lessons, like accommodating those who need help, learning how to work with others efficiently, staying organized, and many other qualities. I’ve also gained community service hours being a junior counselor for WA National Guard Child & Youth Services (WANGY) which focused on providing children with a supportive and fun environment. I learned how to be a patient, verbal, and organized leader while at camp, which are critical life skills. I have also volunteered to work with kids at the elementary as a peer tutor, managed a few basketball games and volleyball games, and I like to stay involved with the community.
