Worked directly with physician in a clinic setting managing patient schedules, taking vitals and assisting with physician needs.

Provided direct care to patients  in their home environments. I began at a CNA level, assisting with activities of  daily living such as showers, dressing and toileting. I then graduated from PN school and began providing wound care, doing nursing assesments and helping with medication management.

Provided direct patient care assisting residents With activities of daily living, taking vital signs and reporting to nurse on duty with any concerning findings.
