  • Onboarded, trained and mentored GEICO attorneys to provide excellent service in accordance with GEICO's goals and standards.
  • Led legal strategy development in Virginia Staff Counsel offices to align with organizational objectives of the GEICO Legal Department and Staff Counsel to provide best in class legal services to GEICO stakeholders, including GEICO insureds and the GEICO claims department. Organized regional claims meeting and "lunch and learn" for presentations by Virginia Staff Counsel Attorneys to our claims adjusters.
