coordinate with service technicians to ensure minimum down time for customers. service bpd equipment as well as customer equipment. repair and rebuild pd pumps, diaphragm pumps, centrifugals etc. build skid packages for customers and rental fleet, maintenance consist of oil changes, oil/ air filters. changing belts and sheaves. changing 0838 and kevlar packing plungers and valves, assembling power ends and gear reducers, cranks bearings shell bearings, crossheads, etc. sheave alignments and laser alignments. ensuring all invoices are correct and have everything on them, ensure all jobs get completed and parts are ordered for shelf of future jobs.
maintenance and repair on all mechanical and rotating equipment to ensure maximum run time.

examples of maintenance- cleaning gear cases and power ends of contaminates. refilling equipment with lubricants verified for the equipment. changing belts bull wheels and sheaves. maintaining direct drive couplings. grease routes and air/oil filter changes. changing screws and elements on extruders. removal and replacement of equipment. laser alignments etc.
Keeping a clean work space. rig up. Go through controls to make sure everything worked as should with all safety features in place. Rig down and load out trucks. assist with training rig for new hire going out to the field.
Demo, framing, concrete, new home construction, remodel, fencing, tractor work.
Pull and put up all products coming in or out of the warehouse. Inventory on all product located in the warehouse. Training new employees on how to operate the forklift machinery. Trouble shooting problems with missing an out of place product. Help the crew on the floor with what needed to ensure the job is done.
Unloading all tanker trucks coming into dispose. Maintaining constant levels at disposal by checking gauges, cleaning filters inside pumps. Making sure pumps are free of air and running properly so levels do not overflow. Pouring acid into tanks. Separating oil from water with proper placement.
move rig trailers and materials to locations. set up bunk houses and supply electrical and plumbing to them. maintaining the bunk houses while making minor repairs as needed to accommodate crew members.
assisted welder with cuts and bevels. ensure supplies and materials were prepped and ready. maintaining a safe and clean environment as well as keep the truck in order and supplied.
