During my time at Health Source the main focuses were observing, and shadowing the nursing assistants. While it was observation oriented, I was able to obtain a lot of hands on experience. Interacting with patients, their families, and staff opens the minds of nursing students beyond the classroom. It was amazing learning tool that helped sharpen my skills, while learning other effective ways to complete nursing tasks.
