• Responsible for performing nightly preventative, diagnostic, and corrective maintenance of all audio and visual equipment; provides repair of large computer controlled audio/visual, electronic messaging, projection, network, and lasers.

• Assisted Show Systems Technicians in developing specialized fixtures, test equipment and procedures for failure analysis
• Executed diagnostics, troubleshooting and evaluations for projectors, lasers, and audio equipment around UO
• Executed daily, weekly, and anual PMs for various rides
• Provided audio mixing for Field Service Engineers in UO during the time of covid-19 pandemic
• Replaced Speakers/ Amplifiers in both parks

Primary roles are to observe & report and deliver legendary guest experiences. They proactively protect facilities, clients, and the public from potential hazards as well as deter theft and criminal acts with their presence. Additional responsibilities include completing written incident reports, ensuring compliance with policies & procedures, assisting pedestrians with traffic crossing, being on alert for safety issues, and handling crowd control with discretion and diplomacy.

• Maintained cleanliness of park public spaces such as visitors' center, restrooms and picnic areas by scheduling routine cleaning procedures

• Assisted Full Sail students approaching graduation by guiding them through laptop setup and orientation process, providing them with tickets to graduation, and ensuring all information was accurate

• Took tickets from guests, guided them to correct theaters, and brought them food
