As a straight commission salesman I developed new Industrial customers and new products for existing customers and also, managed all collections for my current customers. While continuing to sell and service my own customers, I also became my a Sales manager with 4-5 people to guide. Within the scope of sales management, I interviewed applicants and hired and did all their field training with routine follow up and continued to encourage and direct their efforts.
