• Successfully achieved labor productivity for room attendants from 10 suites per 8 hrs. shift to 12 suites per 8 hours shift without compromising rooms quality.

• A 450 rooms resort, I was responsible for managing all housekeeping and laundry functions and staff to ensure property guest rooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Areas of responsibility include Housekeeping, Public Areas, Recreation, Meeting Space and Laundry. Directs and works with team to successfully execute all housekeeping and laundry operations.
