  • Appeals: Perform a full review and verify new information to check for unmet needs that need to be addressed and to verify if the initial decision was provided correctly. ▪ Duplicate Investigation serving as one of several processes intended to prevent duplication of benefits (DOB) between registrations within a disaster. Helping to ensure that disaster assistance is not distributed to more than one applicant for the same damages or expenses.
  • Used Document Management and Records Tracking System (DMARTS) to index incoming documents attached to registration in NEMIS. Processing, categorizing and labeling documents for streamlined processing. Indexing Smart-route documents to the appropriate location based on the Category and Item code selected by agent .
  • Assist with questions related to the case processing. Perform full case review and make sure survivors unmet needs have been addressed.
  • Able to interpret data and agent performance reports. Ability to work with multiple cross function team Capability to change roles and work on different queues within agency needs in a timely manner. Provide reports and analysis as needed to drive optimal customer service.
