Used Document Management and Records Tracking System (DMARTS) to index incoming documents attached to registration in NEMIS. Processing, categorizing and labeling documents for streamlined processing. Indexing Smart-route documents to the appropriate location based on the Category and Item code selected by agent .
Assist with questions related to the case processing. Perform full case review and make sure survivors unmet needs have been addressed.
