Build CJ3 forward cabin entails locating structural parts longeron, doublers, ribs, clips and gussets and skins.

drilling, countersinking, trimming, deburring and sealing cabin together squeezing and shooting rivets.

Finale install of cherry max pull rivets around door structure.

• Build Fuel Tank Pressure bulkhead/landing gear structure for STOVL and CTOL F-35 models.

• Fit round pipe handrail with angles and slopes with pickets

• Fit, trim and form seal retainer and install on escape hatch to fixtures

• Worked in fuselage mate jig and cargo door frame buildup of Cessna 408 Skycourier Test Article and Prototype.
• Installed flight control pulley brackets, Instrumentation panels, Antennas, tail cone baggage racks, heat shield blankets and any final assembly on the Cessna 408 Skycourier Test article and Prototype.
• Worked in Special Missions Long nose MOD on Military King Air 350, locating long nose fitting trimming skins in conjunction with avionic and cargo doors to fit within close tolerance gaps.
