Glider Development

• In my introductory aerospace class, I assumed the role of team leader, responsible for orchestrating our efforts. As team leader, I managed the coordination of all pertinent glider-related information and cultivated a dynamic atmosphere that balanced camaraderie with a focused commitment to our objectives. Furthermore, I assigned tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and aptitudes, ensuring optimal productivity and cohesion within the group.
• Despite facing significant scheduling conflicts among team members, we successfully crafted a glider that surpassed our initial expectations, while remaining in specific measurement guidelines of the grading criteria.

Bridge Project

• In collaboration with my peers, we spearheaded the design and construction of a bridge project during the course ENGR 1411 Freshman Engineering Experience. Our team distinguished itself by employing unconventional materials, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, even in the face of inconvenience with a limited number of allowed resources and dorm-living.
• Additionally, we conducted rigorous testing protocols to guarantee the structural integrity of our bridge, thereby aligning with the grading criteria and surpassing expectations.
