1. Install same man down system they had at Smithfield.

2. Utility monitor system consisting of 5 cabinets. One has a L32er plc and panel view plus 7 in the maintenance office to monitor data. Two has Aentr remote at the hydraulic power pack to monitor for leaks, temperature, level and pressure it also includes a fire suppression system.

Three has a Aentr at the map gas tanks to monitor the Co2 and Nitrogen tank levels in the tanks and in the air, Temperature, power and gate lock.

Four has an Aentr remote at the bush vacuum pumps to monitor vacuum, Pump over temp, On off status, And oil level.

Five has a Aentr and a panel view plus 7 in the RTE room to view data and control vacuum.

• 1. Man down early warning system. Consisting of 4 cabinets, 1 main with Allen bradley L24er plc and 4 remotes with Aentr ethernet modules, 16 Allen bradley push buttons and 10 lights through out the plant to guide you to the injured person.
• 2. Map packaging conveyor system. Consisting of 2 cabinets, 1 with Allen bradley L24erm plc , 6 Allen bradley servo drives, 5 photo eyes for positioning and a Allen bradley safety module for the covers. The other houses a panelview plus 6 to control it all.
• 3. Co2 early warning system. Consisting of 1 cabinet with L24er plc and 2 analog input cards collecting data from 8 Honeywell Co2 sensors controlling 4 exhaust fans and 4 light stacks to indicate Co2 levels.
