- I was a certified welder and eventually became the welder boss. This role helped me hone in my communication skills and helped develop patients with the other employees.

- I began this job as a welder, and then steadily became promoted to world boss and then to supervisor. I would communicate with my employees and also with the employers and company men. My ability to speak well and also be likable was a huge factor to being successful at this job.
