Responsibilities:
1- Maintain the building in good working order in a cost effective manner through good engineering and management practices along interaction with the building management and operating staff
2- Maintain liaisons with tenants. Respond to tenant calla and letters. Solve tenant problems.
Administer the lease provisions.
3- Interview qualified candidates to fill vacant positions forwarding recommendation to Director of Operations.
4- Respond to tenant complaints and requests for services in accordance with the lease terms and in a timely manner
5- Write specifications for repairs, maintenance, alterations, and service contracts in accordance with established procedures.
6- Monitor performance of all contractors and vendors.
7- Monitor tenant alterations. Enforce compliance with Rules & Regulations and building codes
8- Approve weekly time sheets for on-site staff
9– Approve purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
