  • Ryan Mobile Bottling (Napa, California): Operation diagnosis for Upper, Lower and Bowl sensors for integration with their inverters (Elevator, Capper and Bowl) according to new work requirements. Capper operation tests and safety relay diagnosis in the encapsulating machine. Automatic working configuration of the Corker and Vac Corker Inverters. Modification of the electrical connection of the Capper sensor for operation of the Capper and Corker inverters. Evaluation, test and diagnosis of existing emergency stop for new emergency stops in Lines 3 and 1. Evaluation of existing parts no longer used.
  • Oscar Bogarin (Napa, California): Electrical installation and integration of independent control systems for mobile bottling line equipment (Orbital, Filler, Labeler, R&G, Steam unit, Compressor and Conveyors).
  • Cline Cellars (Sonoma, California): Development of a system for remote operation of the crossFlow filter (TMCI Padovan - Italy), integrating a VPN management device (eWON) to the filter control system CompactLogix and PanelView (Rockwell Automation). Made for one customer of American Tartaric Products. It was also developed as a proposal for other customers: Raymond Vineyards (Napa Valley), Sonoma 980 (Windsor, CA).
  • The Wine Group (Sanger, California): Participation in integration and start-up of thermovinification system (TMCI Padovan - Italy). Variable frequency drive configuration - VFD (Danfoss), PLC and HMI (Siemens) settings, diagnosis of pump failure.
  • Michael David Winery (Lodi, California): Modification and integration of the control system of two Grape Crusher Destemmers (Simprem International - Italy), to the control system of the winery (ControlLogix Rockwell Automation) for automatic start and stop.
