  • Responsible for over 180 nurses and paramedics education for acute care level patients being cared for in the home environment.
  • Involved in creating an entirely new orientation for the Home Hospital program. Established relationship with STRATUS Simulation Center to create opportunities for simulation for orientation.
  • Performed new-hire orientation and training for onboarding employees.
  • Conducted needs assessments to identify gaps in performance and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Analyzed and evaluated training effectiveness and program outcomes.
