Starting at age 14 many questions were related to careers, those conversation starters at that age work as certainly having picked my profession. This was made clear by a person in my life that has welcoming smile. My father would soon inspire my decisions on perusing a trades career. I would see his smile after school whenever he was under the hood of our family vehicle, or seeing him in his garage working on project. By the age of 18 years, I had graduated Hartford Union High School with my own high school diploma. During the time I spent at HUHS' I enrolled in classes like Culinary arts for small everyday at home skills and welding. Welding classes and other tech classes are offered for credits at my former high school. This privilege to attended these classes help set up student's for that bigger picture many are looking for; for its many career paths. Another real life skills that figured to be essential is daily check up on your car's maintenance. Classes such as Auto Maintenance allowed me to see what a technician's working around conditions of certain motors and with their distinct equipment made for handling car with ease. While as a teenager, the importance of learning from opportunities would also grow from adapting new work styles. Devoting myself to learning as- new, good, work habits expanded and demonstrating strong ethics at home and on schedule continuously.

After lock down, with the recent pandemic we all seen the importance of creating new contacts & relations through all members of staff, those you stand aside with, those we see every day. As dedicated as I was with presenting myself as a young honest man taking food orders from guest, I aimed to show how much attendance really matters in any career.
My favorite memory of working in the customer service business formed instantly after meeting the kitchen cook (Wilbert). A passionate person of his art work. Taught a valuable lesson of taking those chances we don't take as adult, then sharing those same experiences with others. By including other opinion he was able to concentrate more on finer details to be seen. His time spent working along others, at a restaurant helped him find motivation, and drive him to perusing his passion. Time spent is always being missed.
Personally, I honed different skills by working diligently and primarily focused on how welds are made; additionally learning knowledge of becoming a weld/cutter. With the given opportunity by Steel Craft, much more has been provided other than a place of work.
