  • Provide leadership to agency Residential Coordinator, Managers, and supervisory oversight of the program. Supervision of managers includes hiring, training, regular supervision, and corrective actions when indicated.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of each residence in the cluster, ensuring protective oversight, physical plant maintenance, fire safety, medical follow-up, community integration, regulatory compliance, etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports to all Director of Residential Programs on issues within each individual at their residences to include their status, training needs, physical plant issues, and progress towards goals and objectives within each home.
  • Participate in IDTs, screenings, and other inter-departmental meetings as required. Review Life Plan, Res Hab Plan/ Staff Action Plan, Plans of Protective Oversight, and goals for 10% of the people we support monthly, documenting reviews and recommendations given to the program manager and Director.
  • Report all incidents to the immediate supervisor promptly; review all documentation before submission to IRC. Document follow-up on any IRC recommendations. Conduct investigations as assigned.
