Leprino Foods proved to be a challenging job since, as a relief operator, it was my duty to learn all areas of production. As a relief operator I had responsibilities such as:

• Ensuring that all safety guidelines were followed during the entire shift.
• Participate in regular safety meetings to stay informed about any changes or updates to policies.
• Operate pumps, valves, compressors, blowers and related equipment in accordance with established operating instructions.
• Assist with troubleshooting of mechanical issues on the production line as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all material usage throughout the shift.
• Provide assistance with training new relief operators on proper operation techniques.
• Respond quickly to alarms or other signals indicating process problems.
• Communicate effectively with other team members regarding progress on various tasks throughout the shift.
• Clean up spills or messes as needed in order to maintain a safe working environment.

Here, I worked as a remote Medicaid eligibility specialist. Working from home, I would update more than 60 cases a day. Some of my duties included:

• Assisted individuals with the completion of complex paperwork related to their application process.
• Provided technical guidance to staff on program requirements and procedures related to enrollment processes.
• Researched discrepancies between submitted forms and available records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Responded promptly to inquiries from applicants, providers and other stakeholders concerning Medicaid services.

As an online grocery shopper some of my responsibilities included:

• Tracking inventory levels and replenished stock when necessary.
• Create personalized shopping experiences for each customer.
• Provide detailed product information to customers.
• Assist in selecting items according to customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Greet customers and provided excellent customer service.
• Maintain positive relationships with grocery store personnel by being consistently professional and friendly.
• Organize consistent hourly deliveries by smoothly selecting and purchasing items.
• Bag groceries carefully to keep products in perfect condition, separated fragile products and kept frozen and perishable foods cold or fresh.
• Practice clean and sanitary shopping with minimal product handling and used safety kits diligently to protect customers and others.
• Assist teammates with daily tasks during peak periods.

As a production supervisor, I was responsible for handling ethical issues beyond my own sense of morality. It was my duty to properly handle my responsibilities in a timely and safe manner. Some skills and responsibilities I had include:
