All children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. Becoming a teacher means that I will help mold future generations through the curriculum set and personal wisdom. I believe it is important for students to be treated as individuals and have input in their learning journey. I will prioritize students’ individual needs, fostering an environment where they take responsibility for their own learning journey. My classroom will focus on the specific needs of my students. I will work hard to differentiate learning so that each student’s unique skills are emphasized. I will set high standards and high expectations by promoting growth mindsets among my students.
