Esmeralda Zarate

I was a team member/ shift lead at a travel stop. Learned ways to cope through stressful environments and allowed me to do what I do best and that's being kind and using my customer service to let customers feel welcomed. Working here made me realize it wasn't going to be something I wanted to do long term in my life. I'm currently looking for something that will allow me to use my customer service skills and languages to help another person. Speaking English and Spanish has always been one of my best qualities because it allows me to help someone else understand what they are getting into. I'm willing to learn any new language if the job requires me to do so. To conclude I work great in groups and also alone. I'm a very extroverted person. I enjoy being around others to be a light in their life and to never let them down.
