• Recognizes and reports defective material and equipment to the director of Quality
• Works closely with engineers and other team members to ensure product compliance with customer requirements
• Handle daily heavy flow of paperwork per customer request
• Reviews/creates FAIR on all first-time built products or as required per changes and customer contract
• Coordinator and calibrations record data keeper
• Verify that equipment is up to date
• Responsible of supplier performance surveys/audits

• Responsible for achieving production due dates, requirements and the approval of final data
• Oversee the production process and manage the production schedule
• Performs final inspection of finished goods to ensure conformance and quality per engineering drawings, specs and standards
• Recognizes and reports defective material and equipment to the VP director of quality

Performs receiving and final inspection of assemblies and bare boards, assemblies, components/raw materials

• Follows the procedures and product standards to examine samples of raw materials and performs final inspection to ensure the quality of all finished products

• Responsible for testing, calibrating & maintaining anti-static tools, surface & equipment

• Follows the procedures, drawing, and product standards to inspect complex rigid & rigid-flex PWBs in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in creating PWB dimensional programs using ACU-GAGE (CMM) Programmer
• Responsible to keep ESD process control in place.
• Receives and correctly processes both written and verbal instructions
• Reviews process tests reports (Impedance, SPC, FAIR, etc.) to ensure compliance & quality of the boards
• Works closely with engineers to ensure product quality and compliance with customer specs
