Shipper / Receiver / Back Up Payroll Clerk / Installation

  • Handling pick up logs for installations on a daily basis
  • Check the members orders in the system to ensure the item is in the warehouse
  • When the process is completed I send the pick up log to the Installation Contractor so they can make the calls to the members and schedule the members on availability
  • Then the installation contractor will send the final pick up logs then I will stage the appliances for the installation to pick up the items at the warehouse
  • The pick up logs I will process in the system to check out the members
  • Once the orders are checked out I will update the orders and process for billing
  • Check-in the shipment from the vendors, verify the items and make sure there's no damage
  • Making calls to the customers for any delay orders to let them know their appliances are delayed from the vendors that we have not received yet
  • Handling drivers manifest for haul aways and pick up, any appliances brought back to the warehouse
  • Assist customers and customer service for any issues and discrepancies of their orders
