Project Manager with over seventeen (17) years of experience leading and executing complex projects. I am committed to ensuring all project activities are executed safely, effectively, and efficiently. I have delivered projects ahead of schedule using project management tools such as MS Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and different software to keep track, generate the S-Curve, and provide progress reports. Originally from Venezuela, I developed a career between South America and the United States. I am fluent in Spanish and English and hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Project: Business Justification - Case: The company was operating for 7+ years with low revenues
• Business Opportunity: I noticed that the company was focused on servicing New Jersey only, even though there is a ferry service that takes people to New York in 5 minutes. I developed a detailed project plan to reach that market, and now the company is serving NY as well.
• Developed an administrative system that increased revenues by 70% and reduced Slack time by 75% by using Petsiclick software, partnering with Google, and adding the NY market.
• Problem Solving: The revenue-raising strategy escalated so fast that we had another problem: We didn't have enough staff to manage the demand. So, we partnered with a local app and hired the workers needed in just two weeks.
• Created a subscription program: the pets would get transportation to the groomer/vet, a yearly birthday party, social media posts, and a Christmas gift. The subscription was a big hit and a great marketing strategy, as people share our posts on social media, leading the company to gain more free exposure.
• Daily problem resolution and replanning; detailed reporting and auditing of all activities.
