• To Raise Process Inspection & Material Inspection through Easyplant Software (Technip Inhouse IT Tool)
• To Prepare Material Submittal & Method Statement as per Contract/BOQ and Project Specification
• To Prepare Inspection and Test Plan as per QCS
• To Provide Quality Induction Training to all the construction team to make them aware about project requirements.
• To carryout Inspection with Client and to maintain QC documents as per approved Project Quality Plan.
• Responsible to Ensure the work carrying-out as per project Requirement & Specification.
• To Study AFC drawings in well advance and ensure the work carryout as per AFC drawing
• To Participate in weekly Quality walkthrough with client for to monitor site performance
• To Update & Maintain Quality control documents (Inspection Status Log,Concrete pour log,Calibration log,concrete cube test register,Site Observation/NCR log,Toolbox Talk Log)
• To Carry out Prestart activity to Workers/Supervisor who are all involving in any new construction activity prior to commence
• To Carry-out Second Party Audit to our Supplier for to ensure their Quality Management System
• To Update & Maintain records of concrete cube test results (7 Days & 28 Days) & submit to client on weekly basis.
• Follow up with Third party lab technician for FDT test and maintain FDT test reports/Log and submit to Management monthly wise.
• To Prepare concrete pre-pour plan for Mass Pouring and submit the document to Main contractor Prior to commence
• To Prepare monthly QA/QC report and send it to Quality Department for Performance evaluation.
• To Perform Quality control Inspection regularly to ensure procedures are in line with requirement
• To Raise Internal Non-Conformity to construction Team for failure to meet requirement
• To prepare Red markup drawings and get approval from Engineering Department incase of deviation from AFC
• Interfaced with suppliers, inspectors and clients to resolve outstanding non-conformance issues.

NORTH FIELD EAST - CTJV Staff Accommodation Building @ Ras-Laffan

• To Raise Process Inspection & Material Inspection through SCDB Software (CTJV Inhouse IT Tool)
• To carryout Inspection with Client and to maintain QC documents as per approved Project Quality Plan.
• Responsible to Ensure the work carrying-out as per project Requirement & Specification.
• To Study AFC drawings in well advance and ensure the work carryout as per AFC drawing
• To control & verify the AFC Drawing distribution at site
• To Update & Maintain Quality control documents (Inspection Status Log,Concrete pour log,Calibration log,concrete cube test register,Site Observation/NCR log,Toolbox Talk Log)
• To Carry out Prestart activity to Workers/Supervisor who are all involving in any new construction activity prior to commence

• Raising Process Inspection & Material Inspection request and carryout Inspection with Consultant and maintaining evidence documents as per Project Quality Plan.
• Responsible to Ensure the work carrying-out are as per project Requirement & specification.
• To Study construction drawings in well advance and to raise technical query to Engineering Dept if any discrepancy in AFC Drawing.
• To Maintain Quality control documents (Calibration log, concrete pour record, concrete cube test register, client site note/NCR log,RFI & MIR log)
• To Ensure Site Delivery Materials are according to project specification
• Carrying out Quality toolbox talk to Workers/Supervisor who are all involving in activity prior to commence
• To Participate and support with Internal Audit Team
• To Update & Maintain records of concrete cube test results (7 Days & 28 Days) & submit to consultant/client on monthly basis.
• Follow up with Third party lab technician for FDT test and maintain FDT test reports/Log and submit to Management monthly wise.

• I successfully completed summer project Internship in M/S SAINT GOBAIN GLASSES PVT.LTD, as project titled ' Analysis of market opportunities for various type of glass Products in North Tamilnadu region ' from 04/06/2015 to 17/07/2015.
• In this project, I prepared detailed survey report have crucial data "what are the different types of glasses available & which type is currently going on demand in the market and what is the reason for customer preferring on that particular glass product and how can we improve the other types of glass from customer feedback.
• As a Trainee I learned glass manufacturing process, toughening process, vehicle glass fixing process (Automated), storage and handling, Operational safety measures.
