• Continuous improvement projects to balance Logistics Packing Supermarkets equally that feeds to the Production Line and meet Kaizen requirements.

• Redesign of all Logistics Packing Supermarkets to include parts for new electric model introduction. All layout designs based on optimal material flow, new carset designs and ergonomic implementation.

• Conducting FMEA's to lower risk of downtime, as well as the review of packaging to reduce part damages.

• Distribution calculations to achieve effective and accurate parts replenishment.

• Research and implementation into digitization to improve efficiency and quality, as well as visually displaying current performance.

• WMS - Vanis & Arvato.

• Key User in Warehouse Management System.

• Maintaining Master Data (zone and location setup), including the creating of new Master Data for part changes and model introduction.

• Warehouse (Putaway) Strategy improvements, including footprint simplification, product groups and location types.

• Setup and tracking of KPI's.

• Inventory preparations and findings-adjustments.

• Constructing of new layouts, as well as optimization of current layout designs.

• Defining Process Flows, concepts to maintain FIFO and creating Material Information Flow Analysis presentations.
