I've been with HEB since 2002. Start my career with HEB at the San Antonio TRC as a dock worker and in 2003 I was giving the opportunity to become a relief Coordinator. My objective is to be able to grow my leadership career within HEB. I've been a Dock Coordinator for 15 years and I have developed my leadership skills in this position. With my experience and ability to lead others I could positively impact the Transportation Partners and department.

- Being a smaller terminal verses San Antonio, Temple, or Houston some of my functions require me to do yard control, radio room operator, and at times a spotter. I'm also a relief driver. As a coordinator I make sure that we turn empties quickly and in a safe manner to supply Shipping and Produce demand throughout the day. We are a unique terminal which we need to make ready refrigerated trailers for Produce loads that supply San Antonio, Temple, and Houston Terminals. I have also been cross trained as dispatcher. I had the privilege of being a C3 facilitator for our transportation department.
