Patrolled assigned areas of jurisdiction on foot or by vehicle to detect suspicious activities. My responsibility is to patrol on foot and by vehicle outside businesses, first checking for damages to walls, windows and doors, make sure that all the doors of the property are closed and locked. I will take several photographs of the businesses and prepare a detailed daily report of the night patrol. Check that there are not unhoused individuals sleeping on sidewalks or inside the property. Perform a vehicle inspection and report before and after.

Monitored premises to ensure safety and security of staff and visitors. As a security guard, responsibilities include monitoring the area and observing any inappropriate behavior from individuals within the establishment, hospital, offices and lobby. I am also responsible for responding to fire alarm emergencies and monitoring the emergency indicator panel, and asking visitors for identification and the reason for their visit, as well as where they are going, and contacting the person office they are visiting.

Greeted customers and provided exceptional customer service. Greet and meet with customer to know their needs and show product and sales options and maximize sales. Follow up with the customer after the purchase to understand their satisfaction with the purchased product and for future needs.
