
For as long as I could remember I have had some part to play within a restaurant. Many family owned businesses would allow me to help and have the learning experience of working in a restaurant. My mom, a waitress, would bring me to all of her jobs whenever they needed help. My dad, an Executive Chef, would do the same. I have over a decade of experience. Essentially having grown up in a restaurant, I know how to manage any workload presented to me within. Dynamic and reliable professional with experience at Taco Libre, La Herencia, Casa Maria, The Press, and many other short term locations, as well as events that have been put on by my family.
