Part of the Graffiti Abatement Program

• Responsible for painting over graffiti that is placed on buildings, the street, signs, poles, walls, and also fences.
• Must drive a van while pulling a trailer that holds a pressure washer
• If graffiti is on natural brick building, wood fence, a retaining wall or alongside the freeway must use pressure washer to abate surface and if necessary must put on attachment to sandblast only brick or cement surfaces.
• Must be able to use the CRM for work orders that are assigned to each worker
• In charge of inspecting specific area of city for graffiti then rotate areas every four months.
• Vehicle maintenance must be kept up by worker alongside the pressure washer and painting supplies.
• Must send reports weekly and monthly to supervisor.

• Responsible for locating any underground power, cable TV, and Phone lines, and depending in what area you are in you must locate gas also.
• As a construction job is about to take place such as boring, digging, fence-replacing, street repair, underground cable replacement, water main repairs, gas repairs, etc, we are sent out to locate any utility lines close to the job area that's about to be taken place.
• Some jobs can go on for as long as 14 miles and must be completed in a certain time period, the same goes for all smaller ticket jobs( such as working at a house or one business.)
• All must be done by a certain date and time all determined by the contractor.
• Company provides laptops, phones, and a company truck
• Must be able to communicate with all contractors accordingly and as much as needed until job is complete.
• Once a week you must be on call from 7 am in the morning till 7 am the next morning

• Must do monthly plateaus/ classes on computer.
• Reviewed maps and blueprints to identify locations for and sizes of underground utilities
• Worked outdoors in harsh conditions to complete utilities location requirements within expected timeframes.
• Photographed utility sites and marked lines with paint and flags for identification by excavating personnel.
• Responded to service requests during and after business hours.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.
• Read blueprints and schematics to correctly place equipment.

• Setup as housing required according to Animal Housing and Enrichment
• Collecting to process and transport to deliver, all primary and secondary contact items
• Peration and preventative maintenance of tunnel and rack washer systems
• Ecord keeping and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) compliance
• Ust be able to stand highly regulated environments
• Ust check any animal caging for any needed repairs including to the water system
• Must abide by the (AALAS) American Association of Laboratory Animal Science guidelines
• The Use of PPE is required
• Operation of Pallet jack and left truck.

• Running live cable through hospital, hotels, stores, and any building that is requested
• Connect any cable to a any area that is requested
• Perform ceiling cleanup to get any hazardous wiring off any pipes that could potentially start a electrical fire.
