  • Attend showrooms regularly to view new products, and maintain a relationship with vendor team to receive product updates via email/text
  • Attend trade shows, with a plan: identify important vendors to visit first(schedule appointments whenever possible), plan future buys while maintaining budget, and each store location product needs.

This location was really special as it wasn't a location we sought out for but one that the management of the center invited us to be in as they had seen what we accomplished in our Topanga location.
