Providing culturally and linguistically appropriate post release services and comprehensive case management for Unaccompanied Children. Complete individualized needs assessments with UC and sponsors, and develop case plans with particular attention to culture, language, and special circumstances. Maintain a high standard of record-keeping according to ORR policies and procedures. Provide information, education, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to ensure that each child receives the necessary services.

Responsible for assisting/enabling children and families eligible for NJ Early Intervention Services System to receive the rights and services that are authorized by the NJ Early Intervention Program. Coordinated services and advocated for families to assure linkage to all services provided within the Early Intervention Program and with other community resources in order to maximize child's abilities.
