Cared for adult patients on a medical-surgical/telemetry unit and provided wound care. Responsibilities included patient care, medication administration, wound vac placement and monitoring, and surgical dressing and pressure ulcer management.

Cared for medically fragile, technology dependent pediatric patients on a small transitional care unit, including ventilator management, trach care, medication administration, and feeding regimens. Preceptorship provided for student and new nurses.

Provided in-home care for medically complex, technology dependent pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities included ventilator, trach and feeding management, total patient care, medication administration, and multidisciplinary collaboration to coordinate patient care.
