As an assistant manager I planned day-to-day tasks of the store as well as help direct and inspire employees how to increase profitability, drive store sales and improving customer experience

• Ensured customers needs were met and complaints were resolved and service was given as quick and efficient as possible

• Responsible for not only ensuring customers leave satisfied but also that the shift runs smoothly and effectively
• Constantly making sure that store metrics are met, while maintaining a clean and efficient enviornment.
• Also dealt with customer complaints by listening, and correcting to ensure satisfaction.
