Through my experience at FOF I've learned multiple roles. These tasks include cook line inspector, machine operator, box Room, group lead and General Production.

• Time Management (limited time to give breaks to people including myself, limited time to cover all machinery before sanitation crew stepped on the floor).

• Having initiative. This included making sure everyone had proper PPE at all times, seeing open or exposed electrical outlets, boxes open call for maintenance to cover them. When seeing unsanitary conditions, clean up myself or let others know what to do next time to keep a safe and clean environment.

• Kept operations area neat and orderly to minimize obstacles.
• Ensured proper labeling of completed products before shipping out.
• Cleaned up work area at end of shift to maintain safe working environment.
• Conducted routine maintenance checks on all machinery used in the production line.
• Identified defective parts or components and removed them from production line.
• Monitored production line operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Performed minor repairs on machinery as needed.
