  • Assigned the position of Team Leader to supervise and lead a team of 4 soldiers through 2023's Annual Training.
  • Assigned the Position of Squad Leader to supervise and lead a Squad of 10 soldiers through 2024's Annual Training to present.

  • Trained teams on emergency situation preparedness in tactical planning and equipment maintenance in relation to the weapon systems and vehicles used by Indirect Fire Infantrymen.

Hole Watch(Confined Space Attendant) Coordinator

  • Selected over peers for role of "Hole Watch Coordinator" for the Paper Mill's 2023 annual maintenance shutdown that lasts 30 consecutive days.
  • Coordinate the locations of all Confined Space Attendants throughout the Paper Mill and inform Rovers of all requests and updates.
  • Ensure coverage of 80 confined spaces throughout the mill when their are contractors scheduled to occupy those spaces to avoid delays.
  • Stay on track with the maintenance schedule for each confined space to ensure the shutdown does not take longer than the allotted time window.
  • Answer radio when Confined Space Attendants request bathroom breaks, lunch
    breaks, radio battery changes, and location changes.
  • Annotate when Confined Space Attendants have location preferences or special assignments to Inspectors.
  • Ensure all Confined Space Attendants are
    accurately completing the Confined Space Attendant Logs.
  • Contact Paper Mill Emergency Response team in case of an emergency and assist in evacuating all personnel from contaminated or hazardous areas.

  • Over the course of 2 months, filling this position resulted in the graduation of 60 soldiers from 3 separate Basic Combatives courses and 30 soldiers from 2 separate Tactical Combatives courses.
