  • This job isn't a consistent thing. My friends dad just owns the company and when they need some extra hands I provide it.
  • We mostly do flooded schools. So, we take out the wall base and punch holes where the bases were to get air through them.
  • We replace any ceiling tiles that got wet.
  • Extract all the water from the carpets.
  • Eventually once everything is set up we bring in fans and let them sit overnight.
  • What we do specifically varies from job to job, but those are the basics.

  • As a host my job was to greet people with a smile and show them to their table.
  • I would also pick up anywhere we were slacking in the restaurant if that was bussing tables or talking online orders over the phone.

  • I started with just painting the fields every friday and/or Sunday. Just when he needed it.

  • Eventually school got really busy and we moved to Edmond, but I truly loved this job and the people I was surrounded by.
