The bowling desk would include customer service, setting up lanes and equipment for customers, repairing pin and ball machines, cleaning tables, setting up leagues, and setting up birthday parties. As the waiter, taking customers orders, serving food and beverages, and cleaning tables. In the kitchen, would take care of washing dishes, stocking the shelf's, making desserts and salads, and assisting the head chef with other tasks.
