Manage rig crew and ensuring all well servicing operations are done per customers specifications. Orient a high safety but hard work environment. Calculate tubing tally and use down hole formulas per job. Run own packers, bailers and mud motors. Fix any mechanical issue at rig. Lead people and evaluate high risk situations.

Provide rig crew with everything needed to do task. Manage well site and work closely with consultants on well servicing needs. Complete new drilled wells and fish a lot of coil. Collaborate with engineers on well design plans via wellview offering input to improve overall well effiency. Run workover rig as needed.
