- Communicate effectively with supervisor, project manager, and venue personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that each project goes smoothly and exceeds the client expectations.
- Ensured that projects are installed in a timely and organized manner.
- Check safety harnesses before and after use.
- Ensure that safety harnesses are tight and secure before operating equipment.
- Ensure that myself as well as other team members follow the safety guidelines.
- Inspect metal beams to ensure that the structure is sturdy enough to withstand banners with conduit as well as multiple ratchet straps.
- Inspect machinery, such as hydrologic boom lifts and scissors lifts used for installation to make sure it runs smoothly and safely.
- Inspect banners, ratchet straps, and zip ties to make sure there are no tears or rips.
- Install banners, vinyl signs, and decals at various venues across the country.
- Install material at ground level as well as up to 180 feet in the air.
- Operate machinery used for installations.
- Provided assistance to install electrical wiring in a new Mycroft facility
- Provided assistance in installing insulation in a new Mycroft facility.
