Working for Akima I have done maintenance and services to the following vehicles.

M60 AVLB: unhooked electrical & fuel lines in preparation to operate our 60 ton crane and remove pact. After the pact was removed I assisted in hooking up the ground hop kit to get the pact started outside of the vehicle, and looked for leaks, anything unusual. I used vehicle schematics along with a government issued and calibrated digital multimeter to find broken electrical wires and gauges.

RTCH: replaced engine oil, transmission oil, differential oil, hydraulic oil, oil filters and checked tech manuals to find vehicle specific fluids and parts.

Kalmar: replaced engine oil, brake fluid, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, differential oil, and coolant. Filters- transmission, air, brake, hydraulic, engine and coolant.

In addition, I have assisted in replacing hydraulic & engine lines and sensors. I have also assisted in load tests, trouble shooting, calibrations and finding parts through TMs.

Backhoe Loader: drained the hydraulic system and assisted in replacing the hydraulic tank, replaced joystick cover, removed and helped install new interiors.

Cat Dozer- Crawler: removed skid plates to access transmission drain plug, drained the transmission, then used the 60 ton crane to lift/secure the dozer in preparation to assist in replacement of the torque converter.

120M Grader: assisted in an inspection on the grader, found class 3 hydraulic & engine oil leaks. Used TMs to find and lookup parts.

M113/ M1068: removed engine covers, used jib crane to safely remove pact for repairs, set pact on stands and steam cleaned them. In addition, I assisted in aligning and installing the throttle, finding electrical issues, splicing wires, repairing tracks, replaced ECU, replaced oils, filters and road tested the vehicles.

M88: prepared tools necessary to safely complete various tasks, used a floor lift to get the M88 in the air and ready to be ripped apart. Broke the track in specific places to ensure an easy and safe reassembly. I assisted in the replacement of the M88's stuck suspension: removed torsion bar caps, removed arms, housing bolts, removed torsion bars and removed arm housings. After this was complete, I assisted in installing all new parts.

Titan Crash Truck: I am assisting in the replacement of the crash trucks transmission. I used the crash trucks tech manual to find what parts needed to be removed and in what order to ensure a safe and successful removal.

• Kept shop areas neat, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Topped off fluids in vehicle engines to lubricate, protect, and cool engine.
• Changed oil and filters in customer vehicles and safely disposed of used oil in approved receptacles.
• Installed wiper blades and headlamps and confirmed items' functionality to promote safe vehicle operation.
• Performed tire rotations and recommended necessary tire replacements to promote tire functionality and vehicle safety.
• Inspected vehicles to determine need for changing oils and filters and provided feedback to customers.

• Completed full vehicle inspections to check for leaks, damage, or other issues of concern.
• Troubleshot and diagnosed faults with vehicle systems and components using OEM-specific code readers, diagnostic trees, and online knowledge bases.
• Replaced damaged, missing, or defective parts with new and refurbished components.
• Changed, rotated, and balanced tires on different types of vehicles.
• Inspected and tested vehicles and completed preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and filter replacement.
• Repaired and replaced worn and damaged components.

• Performed minor wall repair, installed drywall, and applied wallpaper.
• Performed basic electrical work and plumbing repairs such as installing new toilets, removing electrical wires, unclogging drains, and maintaining gutters.
• Built and repaired decks, fences and sheds to improve overall appearance of homes.
• Installed cabinets and shelving units in homes and offices to provide additional space and organization.
• Installed lighting fixtures to improve lighting and increase energy efficiency.
• Executed tasks within time and budget constraints.
