As a Management Intern at Menards, I worked closely with department managers to help keep daily store operations running smoothly. Working in a fast-paced retail environment helped me build strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while learning how a large retail store operates day to day. During the internship, I also had the opportunity to learn more about the management side of the business. I assisted management with inventory tracking and team training in a retail environment.
