Through this job training I in charge of driving military vehicles such as the LHS A4 and the M915 A5. These trucks are used for transportation so large loads of supplies and cargo containers so you can deliver large amounts of supplies to soldiers in need of it.

through this job I would engage with customers and assist them with anything they needed. This could range to fitting rooms, ordering items we didn't have available in store, giving them the best deals or options available for the products

as a ramp agent you can be placed at 3 different spots being a ramp agent: ticket counter, ramp, and gate. At the ticket counter you're responsible for checking in customers, their baggage and charging them for any fees. At gate you're responsible for scanning their boarding pass and allowing them through the gate to make their flight and on the ramp you're responsible for guiding in the plane once it hits the ground and unloading/loading passengers bags in the pit and properly securing them along with dropping bags off at baggage claim.
