- Developed and maintain a variety of APIs that connect data across 5 CRMs enabling real time cross-sale decision making.
- Built web service to interface with affiliate marketing partners and accept or decline inbound calls before billable transfers were initiated. This service served upwards of 1 million requests per day and was used to continually optimize call quality.
- Developed and continuously enhanced bidding algorithms that profitably purchase over $20 million in data leads.
- Created queue simulation to model marketing and sales funnels during peak seasonal demand. Enabled leadership to preemptively identify and resolve bottlenecks while leaving nothing on the table.
- Built survival-based simulation tool to model the temporal distribution of pharmacy enrollments allowing for high-accuracy volume forecasting.
