• Manage mainline fiber optic projects. Manage all company employees and subcontractors. In charge of all production of the projects, scheduling crews, placing crews where work needs to be done, directing subcontractors and hiring all new employees. Ensure all work is done properly, safely and in a productive manner. Manage the costs of the projects, work with the state, county and cities where the projects are to ensure that all permits are correct and all work being done is in compliance with their rules and laws. Work with the engineering company to ensure all prints are correct so that placement can be done correctly. Submit all production and subcontractor invoices for billing, enter all units into an excel tab sheet so that they can be billed and create asbuilds for the customer so they know where their product is placed. Look over prospective new projects and help with the bidding process. Conduct safety meetings with all crews to ensure a good safety culture is in place. Schedule and manage all repairs and maintenance of equipment on the projects and take care of all trucking and DOT related items such as hauling equipment to other states and or around the job and ensuring all vehicles and drivers are DOT compliant.

• Haul all types of Heavy Equipment on a 7 axle lowboy setup. Build new roads, ponds and clear trees for a developer in new subdivisions. show property for sales and manage the upgrades to all lots.

Line out crew for daily operations of building new sediment ponds and roads. Train guys how to safely and properly operate equipment in adverse conditions. Ensure all work was done safely and properly. Operate dozer, grader and excavators doing finish grade work on slopes, roads and sediment pond spillways. Operate D10 dozer, PC 2000 excavator, 16M grader and 777 haul trucks in day to day mine expansion work such as Bench work, clean up pit floors, load haul trucks, grade haul roads, haul muck and repair failing high walls in pit.

Operate all types of heavy equipment in a mining operation. Operate excavators reclaiming roads, loading haul trucks and cleaning up. Run dozer on steep rocky slopes and terrain sloping old waste rock dumps, spreading topsoil and doing finish work on slopes for final grade. Operate grader blading haul roads and smoothing up dig areas. Run haul trucks hauling materials. Watch out for the safety of the other crew members and myself. Decide the safest and most practical ways to perform my jobs assigned to me for that day. Work with the other operators and mine foreman to resolve issues that come up during projects I am assigned to do.

Perform daily inspections on semi truck and trailer to safely haul equipment. Decide the safest and proper way to load and chain down equipment to be hauled. Haul equipment from point a to point b across the United States. File all necessary paperwork to be compliant with DOT regulations, research and study new laws and regulations in the trucking industry to stay compliant. Bill out loads and work done, manage business.

Manage anywhere from 10 to 40 guys (6 to 8 crews) in the placement of underground and overhead utilities. Took care of safety for my area. Scheduled work, ordered materials for jobs, reviewed job designs, billed out jobs, worked with Microsoft and excel in office. Managed crews during emergency work, (gas line hits, power line hits and communication line damages). Worked with the state of montana for proper placement of facilities and safety protocol. Public relations handling issues that would arise on jobs and ensuring the public knew what we were doing.

Inspect cattle and horses to ensure proper ownership. Help in investigation of cattle theft cases. Follow up on leads of possible wrongful sales of livestock.
