Summary

As an Auto Tech II, the opportunity became available earlier this year for me to fill in for upper management. I monitored co-workers to spot potential unsafe working situations; displayed knowledge about various vehicle repairs, and carried the responsibility for locking up at the end of each day. Therefore, proving myself by working effectively in that position and helping make a positive impact in the shop overall. I also collaborated with the Executive Director of Transportation about on-going concerns in our department. With both my GM World Class Technician status and on the job experience I feel equipped to move into this supervisory position.
