I am a very goal oriented person who likes to think well into the future, setting small, more easily achievable goals now to meet larger ones later. I have been taught that hard work and a mind that that never wants to quite can get you through anything. I am eager to take on more responsibilities and learn more skills as the larger the importance of the task the more comfortable I feel. I have never had a problem dealing with stress or being put in a situation to make decisions as I am confident in myself to be able to work both independently and with those around to find solutions to any problem.
As a current member of the D901 offload OSM team, I am tasked daily with the tracking and checking in of vendor made parts when they arrive as well as some data management, organization and utilization in the form of performance metrics. I also spent some time as a sort of substitute supervisor while my last boss was away on leave, this gave me a very in depth understanding of the ins and outs of how the offload team works both on its own and its relationship with other departments and groups.
Performed a wide variety of repairs and diagnostics as needed. Everything from minor brake work to larger engine/transmission repairs. Learned organizational skills, confidence solving problems on my own and the ability to make judgment calls when needed
Performed a wide variety of repairs and diagnostics as needed. Everything from minor brake work to larger engine and transmission repairs. Learned organizational skills, confidence solving problems on my own and the ability to make judgment calls when needed. Working under a flat rate pay scale additionally ensures a good work ethic every day is to be maintained and a high standard for daily workload is set for myself
Performed a wide variety of repairs ranging in brakes and tire replacements to some more advanced aftermarket work such as high end aftermarket suspension setups with custom alignment specifications. My problem solving skills were very much shaped here along with my ability to pick up the slack of others if need be without any mental stress to myself
While at my current job not to long ago, being trusted to lead the OSM Offload crew in the absence of my supervisor for 6-7 weeks was the highlight of my career so far. I felt both honored to be trusted with the role and excited as it was an opportunity to learn and gain experience in a role I never thought I would have been seeing so soon.
