• Desktop Hardware Installation Tech and QA/QC for the installation project at 270 Park Ave building.
• Started as Level 2 hardware installation tech and was promoted to be part of the QA/QC team. The QA/QC is a small team within the installation group responsible for testing and fixing all hardware issues after installation and prior to day 1 support.
