Ethan O'Leary

I have been in charge of a battalion arms room for the last three years. I am in charge of three other soldiers at this time. I also manage inventory on millions of dollars worth of weapons and night vision devices. Inventory is taken monthly, everything is always organized and properly maintained. I keep extensive and detailed records of all maintenance and repairs on all weapons systems and night vision devices. I am qualified to disassemble, clean, repair and reassemble every weapons system in my inventory and also identify each individual component of these systems. Attention to detail is extremely important to me as is doing things right the first time. I also take on extra duties for my battalion by holding a certificate in Environmental Compliance for the unit. I am very motivated and have no doubt that I can advance very quickly. During my time in the military I have been awarded two Good Conduct Medals following my three years of exemplary service with no infractions and on Army Achievement Medal for performing my duties and exceeding the Army standard during my time in a battalion field training exercise.
